Silicone Vacuum Bag for LED/PDLC Smart Glass Lamination
High Temperature resistant silicone vacuum bag is intended for usage in convectional furnaces for production of safe troplex glass. At production of unit “glass-film-glass” with the use of EVA and PVB films, silicone membrane is placed at the pallet, under the unit and covers it.
Then, there takes place removal of the air between the membranes that are connected to the furnace vacuum system. Then, there take place heating, blank baking and finished product cooling.
Similar, with the help of silicone membrane, it is possible to produce manifold laminated glass, as well as shaped Triplex glass.
Usage of the silicone vacuum bag placed in the furnaces for production of safe lamination glass ensures reliable contact of all the surfaces and helps to prevent folds formation. Absolute smoothness of silicone membrane gives the possibility to prevent prints at the glass surface that ensures high quality of the finished products.
