Blades Replacement for AZTC20 Thermocutters Hot Knives
Choose the right hot knife blade for your application. These blades are designed to concentrate heat along the cutting edge for optimal cutting temperature. Before insertion into the material, the blade temperature will range from 100°C to 800°C, depending on the blade type and the hot cutter used. Once the blade enters the material, it gradually cools. This temperature is determined by the thermal properties and thermal conductivity of the material being cut, which determines the cutting speed. The blade's cutting flange design ensures even heating of the cutting edge.
These blades are made by Durney in China, can replace the hot knife blade numbers - T2, T3, T11, T01, T02, T04, T05, T06, T10, T08, T015, T011, T012, T013, DPM10.
